Services provided

ITRack supports its customers from the stage of design stage by recommending the products suitable for their needs, and if required, up to the product installation, thus ensuring optimal operation of the product as part of a complete installation. Our specialized Service technicians have deep knowledge of the products, and the construction process of the entire system, and therefore they can make certain the optimal start-up of the installation.

Installation

The installation phase is a delicate one and requires scrupulous professional attention. ITRack’s objective is to attain the highest level of performance and correct functioning of the machines and the entire system. If customer requests a turkey supply, this is meticulously executed by our technical staff who are following the prerequisites in all phases of their assignment, up to commissioning of the installation.

Technical support

ITRack has a qualified and certified technical support network covering the Italian territory, able to intervene promptly to manage and solve any type of problem that may arise during the installation, activation or operation phases, or system inconsistency relating to the InRack High Density Air Conditioners Series. Please note that Technical Support Services are available ONLY in Italy. For services in other countries, please contact our local Distributor or the ITRack Certified Reseller Partner of your choice.

Maintenance

Signing a maintenance contract ensures the constant efficiency of the equipment and the entire system. ITRack can estimate and propose the most effective contract based on the type of plant and equipment used.

Warranty

InRack Cooler High Density, DEK and EGO Series products are covered by standard warranty and, upon request, by extended warranty.

The ITRack warranty and warranty extensions refer to the InRack Air Conditioner High Density Series and the EGO and DEK Air Conditioners Series shown in the catalogue.

InRack High Density Air Conditioners Series

Warranty

InRack High Density Air Conditioners Series come with 24-month warranty from invoice date.

Warranty extension

Warranty extensions are subject to the signing of a maintenance contract. The 24-month standard warranty is extendable for up to 3 years.

The fee for this service is 5% of the product purchase price, for each additional year by which the customer wishes to extend the warranty, up to a maximum of 36 months (5 years in total).

Maintenance contract

The contract provides for 2 scheduled service calls per year to carry out ordinary maintenance of each of the units installed. This includes:

  • checking compressor oil pressure and level, with top-up where required
  • checking for overheating
  • checking operational pressures
  • checking condensate drain circulation
  • checking coolant level, with top-up where required
  • checking compressor functioning
  • checking for cooling circuit gas leaks
  • tightening electrical connections
  • checking functioning and seals of solenoid valves
  • calibrating pressure, temperature, and safety sensors
  • checking the state of liquid line filters
  • checking electrical insulation of compressor coils
  • checking microprocessor settings, alarms and parameters
  • general cleaning of the unit
  • switching the unit on/off according to the season.

DEK and EGO series

Warranty

DEK and EGO Series products come with 18-month warranty from invoice date.

Warranty extension

The warranty can be extended for a maximum of 18 months following the 18-month standard warranty period, by means of additional 6-month contracts (of 6 or 12 or 18-months validity).

The fee for this service is:

  • 6 months - 3% of the product purchase price (24 months in total)
  • 12 months - 6% of the product purchase price (30 months in total)
  • 18 months - 9% of the product purchase price (36 months in total)
