ITRack, the Italian brand of Rack cabinets synonymous with technological innovation, quality, reliability, and competitiveness, is pleased to present its completely revamped website.
Available in Italian and English, the new site has been designed and developed to support the needs of ITRack product users and of all those wishing to get to know better our innovative company; it ensures daily business activities by simplifying ease of access to information.
In particular, the site has a new configurator, characterized by great intuitiveness that makes it faster to find the products suiting best to the needs of users. Designed to be simple and extremely intuitive, the configurator, located in the Products area of the site, is the tool that best meets the customer's needs, also thanks to the use of terminologies familiar to every professional in the sector. Should the visitor decide to send a request directly to ITRack through the configurator, the same would be conveyed to the most suitable distributor based on the criteria of geographical area, type of product requested, and product availability from the distributor.
There are also:
- The Services area, which is a new functionality of the site and is intended for mainly retailers who need technical support services or intend to sign a maintenance contract for some product families, such as the Ego, Dek series air conditioners and InRack Cooler High Density. While managing the resellers' requests directly, each service is provided through the customer's reference distributor.
- The News area is where you can find all the latest news from ITRack, from information on new solutions to the calendar of events in which the company participates.
- The Support area, is where users can download the general catalogue and in-depth documentation, find the contact details of ITRack’s official distribution partners (where to buy), and also learn the necessary information to become an official ITRack partner.
With the new web site design, ITRack aimed to adopt a layout that fully depicts the characteristics of professionalism, quality, reliability and technological innovation the brand is marked for.
